Making a purchase
This could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. 
After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. 
We reserve the right to deliver to the cardholders address.

Payments
We accept payment via PayPal and other cards (TBA)
If you do not wish to pay online you may pay by BACS transfer or call us to discuss options

Mistakes on orders
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake, prior to shipping,

Contract
When confirmation of your order is received, this will indicate that we have received your order but it does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.

We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Retention of Title
Title of goods does not pass until we have received cleared funds

Shipping and Handling
Small orders will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded.
Large orders will be sent via INTERLINK.

Air Conditioning units can be collected by arrangement or alternatively delivered by Pall-Ex at a cost of £60.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days.
We will advise when goods are despatched.

Lost or damaged items
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. 

All goods must be opened and inspected for damage before signing for delivery.

Do not sign for the consignment by ticking the "Accepted Unseen/Uninspected" box in case of damage in transit.
We do not accept any liability for good signed for without inspection for damage.
We do not accept damaged packages.
Please quote your order number in all correspondence.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added.
For EU countries it is zero rated providing we have a valid VAT number from the customer.

Credit Card Security
We do not record customers credit card information on our website or internal systems. 
When customer enters card details during the purchase this is done directly on the payment providers gateway chosen by the customer, for example at PayPal
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. 

Guarantee
All goods are supplied with the manufacturers warranty and their operating conditions will apply.

Off Highway promotions
The upgrade package provides 2 additional years Texpack and Tex@info to the 1st year included in the main promotion.
 The standard 2 year warranty is also extended to include the 3rd year.

TEXA TRAINING COURSES

*Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation or transfer of a booking to a later date will not incur a charge if the request is received 25 working days prior to the course start date. Cancellations received after this date or non-attendance will result in the fee being

payable in full. Candidate substitutions will be accepted at any time without extra charge*.

VTS and TEXA UK reserves the right to re-arrange or cancel courses at any time. In this case, the full fee will be credited unless a mutually convenient transfer can be arranged.

*This excludes F-Gas training as candidates are IMI registered prior to the training date.
